On Tuesday, June 1, 2021 , we will launch a powerful new digital portal, Pacific Premier Wealth OnlineSM, and an enhanced system designed to optimize your experience.

Online services will be temporarily suspended from 1:00 p.m. PT / 4:00 p.m. ET on Friday, May 28 through Tuesday, June 1 at 6:00 a.m. PT / 9:00 a.m. ET as we transition to our new portal. No online access or transactions will be available over this three day holiday weekend, so please plan accordingly.

Why is this change happening?

Pacific Premier Trust is committed to leadership in the custody of alternate assets. As part of that commitment, we are introducing a new online system with many enhancements that will simplify the funding, monitoring, and management of your accounts.

Do I need to do anything in advance?

We do encourage you to review and update the contact information we have on file for you. This includes mailing addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, beneficiaries, and other preferences. All contact information will be retained on the new system, but this is a perfect opportunity to confirm that your information is up to date. If you need to retain other account or transaction history, be sure to download it from the current system before May 28, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. PT / 4:00 p.m. ET.

For online users, your last 24 months of statements and tax records will be transferred automatically to the new online portal by June 30, 2021. If you need to retain other account or transaction history, be sure to download it from the current system before May 28, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. PT / 4:00 p.m. ET.

What should I expect on conversion weekend?

Online access will end at 1:00 p.m. PT / 4:00 p.m. ET on Friday, May 28, as we make the transition to our new enhanced system and online portal. Access will remain unavailable through Memorial Day weekend. The new portal will go live on Tuesday morning, June 1 at 6:00 a.m. PT / 9:00 a.m. ET.

When and how can I log in to the new system?

Beginning on Tuesday, June 1, current enrolled users can sign in to the new system at PacificPremierTrust.com with their current User ID and the Temporary Password provided via email the week of May 24. Follow the prompts to authenticate your identity and reset your password. If you are not enrolled before June 1, simply contact Client Services at 800.962.4238 to request access.

What new advantages can I expect?

Expect more intuitive navigation, faster transaction processing, and more actionable oversight of your assets in custody. When live, you will be able to place market trades for equities and mutual funds, request a cash distribution (one-time or recurring), request payment of an investment-related expense, make a cash contribution (subject to IRA contribution limits), transfer in cash from another IRA, update your email address, and manage statement delivery (electronic or mailed) all from our new portal, Pacific Premier Wealth Online.

Are there other changes happening around this time?

In an effort to provide greater clarity and more efficient, more equitable billing services, Pacific Premier Trust has standardized our client fee schedule.  The new fee schedule has been mailed to all clients and takes effect on June 1, 2021. For support or additional questions, please contact your relationship manager or call Client Services at 800.962.4238.

On May 3, 2021, we will be moving our Denver offices to a new location at 1801 California Street. Please be sure to send your Denver-directed correspondence to this new address.

I’m not a user now, how do I register?

We invite you to enroll in our online portal to take advantage of these enhancements starting June 1 by contacting Client Services at 800.962.4238 to request access.
